Gearing up for the inevitable debauchery due to ensure once we're all let loose again, Peeping Drexels' seedy new single 'High Heels' will transport you to the sweaty dance floors of darkest Berlin. Broadening their sound from the Fat White Family-inspired twangs that we heard at the Windmill pre-covid, 'High Heels' is somehow cleaner and dirtier at the same time. Anchored by a brilliantly funky bass line, sharp electronic beats and eerie vocals add to the industrial atmosphere, which builds with the addition of ominous piano plonks, danceable hi-hates and bucket loads of feedback.
